Return Policy

Should you need to return or exchange a product, other than online delivered products, please notify us by telephone or email first.  Failure to obtain this approval prior to returning the product will prohibit you from receiving any credit.  Both returns and exchanges must be within 30 days from the date of purchase on your invoice.  Exchanges will be only for the same product as originally purchased.

Shipping Policy

Products are normally shipped within 48 business hours of your order.  If you would like to have your product express shipped, please let us know and the appropriate charges will be applied to your invoice and we will do all we can to get the product to you as requested.

If you are ordering a product that we get from another vendor, their shipping guidelines take precedence over ours.
